Our Client is a listed developer. They are looking for a senior management for their property portfolio (commercial & Shopping Mall) in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Oversee a portfolio of significant scale complex, include commercial & shopping mall
  • Leading the property management teams to provide a full range of services at the highest standards
  • Also manage the operation team, including technical and operation staffs
  • Familiar in budgeting, scheduling and planning of building operation, preventive / corrective maintenance works
  • Develop property enhancement program in order to provide quality services to tenant
  • Oversee all administration matters for the portfolio sites


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in property / housing management, or related discipline
  • Member of HK Institution of Housing / Registered Professional Housing Manager
  • At least 15 years of experience in property management, 5-8 years of which at a senior managerial level
  • Experienced in management of prestigious commercial properties or sizeable retail sites
  • Strong leadership abilities with uncompromising integrity and passion for excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to foster good relationship with customers / residents
  • Results-driven, flexible and strong communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
