Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general reception duties include handling phone calls/enquires, incoming/ outgoing documents and shop activities arrangement;
  • Handle the daily Service Center’s operation, including greeting/serving guests, maintaining the Center’s facilities& environment, arranging booking services for guests, assisting in activities for events, etc; 
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the designated department/ team;
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


  • School Certificate or above;
  • 2 years or above relevant working experience, exposure in customer services areas preferred;
  • Good telephone manner and customer service skills;
  • Presentable, self-motivated and cheerful;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua and other language are an advantage;
  • Pleasant and mature, good communication and well-organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in computer skills;
  • Based in Hong Kong and willing to work on shift.
