Responsibilities: 

  • Report to Visitor Service Manager
  • Handle daily operation of Asia Society Store and online store including sales, cashier, inventory control, product replenishment/ return…etc;
  • Assist in updating POS system and stock take…etc;
  • Assist in design and preparation of promotion/ display materials;
  • Assist to follow up all consignment collaborations;
  • Prepare consignment documents including agreement, sales report, delivery/ return note…etc;
  • Work closely with Program Department in Booksale logistics and operation;
  • Work closely with Finance Department for payment issues including sales report, invoice, inventory… etc;
  • Assist to answer enquiry and handle product exchange/refund/complaint;
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in store administration, customer service or events support;
  • A good team player with an eye for details and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment;
  • Flexible to work with other teams on events;
  • Good organizational and administration skills;
  • Cheerful, tactful, enthusiasm, flexible, friendly and positive personality;
  • Good customer service and communication skills (written and oral);
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Complete fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua; and
  • Irregular work days with shift duty including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
