Description

  • Project management and process control

  • Draft required documents such as engagement letters, bid letters, information memorandum, shareholders¡¯ circular, announcements, where applicable

  • Documentation including marketing materials, transaction agreements, public document etc

  • Perform valuation analysis using (i) trading comparables, (ii) transaction comparables and (iii) discounted cash flow model

  • Develop detailed financial models including performing sensitivity and ratio analyses

  • Manage clients relationship, liaise with relevant authorities and other professionals

  • Quality control. Reviewing all work performed by junior colleagues and obtaining requisite internal sign-offs

  • Perform consolidation and merger accounting, as required

  • Oversee data room process, administer Q&A, logistics and follow-up

Profile

  • Excellent team player and exhibit a high level of motivation and drive;

  • Ability to develop and maintain important client relationships;

  • Good organizational ability, methodical and with a keen eye for detail;

  • Possess good accounting knowledge, strong analytical, skills, with proven ability to perform financial modeling and financial analysis;

  • High computer literacy and proficient in EXCEL, Powerpoint and word processing applications;

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin);

  • Minimum Honours Degree from a reputable university or an MBA;

  • At least 5 years' experience in corporate finance experience; and

  • CFA qualification would be advantageous.
