This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced learning and development / training / performance management professional to join a well-respected Chinese financial services firm. Due to the success of the Hong Kong operation, they now require a VP to take the lead with a focus on Hong Kong.  

An essential part of this role will involve working closely with the HR Director to ensure performance management and training become an integral, and respected part of HR, and the business in Hong Kong. This role would suit an individual who can work in smaller organisations, without the support of a large team.

The successful candidate must be an experienced training / learning and development / performance management professional who has several years of experience within financial services. Influencing, and communications skills are key requirements of this role. Fluent English and Mandarin are imperative.
