Job Description

 

Position:  Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Company: Major Hotel Group with hotels ranging from 3-5 stars. 

•             Provide sales and marketing guidance and support to assist the hotel meet the business target

•             To provide marketing advise relating to existing product enhancement, and or new product development including assistance in the financial projections of hotel projects

•             To support the hotel in their sales & marketing staff responsibilities including assisting to source candidates for vacant positions

•             To conduct market research to analyze local, regional and international market trends and to make recommendations accordingly.

Requirements:

•             Degree holder in Hotel Management and Marketing.

•             10 to 15 years or above

•             Plan, organize and lead Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve revenue objectives.

•             10 years solid experience in hotel Sales & Marketing prefer in luxury hotels

•             Candidate must have experience in a sizable operation

•             Has managed a property of over 700 plus rooms

•             Mature, tactful and independent.

•             Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.

•             Good people skills with excellent interpersonal and communication techniques with internal and external customers.

•             Innovative, ambitious, and result-driven.

•             Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
