THE COMPANY :
- European company
- WATCH design, develop and manufacturing
- OEM and several own watch brands of middle and middle-to-high price ranges
- Factories : Dongguan 2000 workers
- HK office : 50 staff
- Main markets : US and Europe
- We are looking for WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Solid managerial / supervisory level in warehouse management
- Experience in factories located in China is highly prefer
- Experience in leading China warehouse team is highly prefer
- Able to communicate in spoken English
- Experience in watch will be an advantage but not a must
- Experience in European / American companies is an advantage
- Experience in sizeable manufacturers is an advantage
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Reporting to the Logistics Director
- Fully responsible for managing warehouse in Dongguan factory with the assistance of two local Warehouse Supervisors
- Ensure daily smooth operations of the warehouse
- Lead, train and coach warehouse team members
- 5 days work
- 14 days annual leave
- Medical benefits
- Station Dongguan factory
- Accommodation and meals provided
