Client Details

A reputable watch company is looking for a Quality Manager to join their Hong Kong to drive for excellence for their team.

Description

You will provide technical supports on quality for different new products. You will manage the team and solutions for any quality related matters. You will also monitor suppliers and factories performances. You will be responsible for implementing a system for smooth executions and managing the testing issues. Finally, you will have to manage complaints and provide support and carry out action plans for the incidents.

Profile

To qualify, you will have at least 5 years of working experience in QAQC and have an education background in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines. Ideally, you will have knowledge of watch international safety standard and regulations. You will be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. You will need to have strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills for interacting with different parties.
