WATCH BRAND Regional Business/Sales/Marketing Manager – channel/distributor mgt/wholesale/retail/5 days
US MNC watch brand owner in several fashion watch brands of middle price range of trendy and lifestyle concept for HK, China and Asia Pacific market mainly through channels like distributors and key retailers – we are looking for a REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER – with details as follows :
  • Degree in any disciplines
  • Business level English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
  • Solid managerial level in retail key account and distributors management
  • Experience in managing distributors and key retailers in HK, China or Asia Pacific region is highly prefer
  • Experience in fashion watch/fashion jewelry/fashion/fashion accessories is a plus
  • Experience in affordable international watch/fashion brands is preferable
  • Strong Numerical Skills & Retail Analysis Background.
  • Advanced computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Understanding of luxury brand and fashion brand environments.
  • Report to the Sales Director
  • JOB SUMMARY : coordination and management of sales & marketing activities with distributors and retail partners within HK/China/Asia Pacific region. This will involve directing and monitoring the efforts of distributors and key retailers to develop brand awareness, protect brand integrity and achieve key business sales and marketing goals.
  • Responsible for managing distributors in Asia Pacific region for two fashion watch brands of middle/mass market price range
  • Oversee, direct, and support distributor activities and maintain close communications and relationships with key contacts in the designated regions.
  • Monitor local brand presentation and execution standards and opportunities both within distributors internal businesses, and at retail POS.
  • Monitor, support, train and advise on the structure, systems, and execution of the distributors as it relates to brand integrity, marketing, assortment planning / purchasing & channel development.
  • Monitor and ensure contractual compliance of distributors' activities in their territories.
  • Review, negotiate and monitor distributor business plans & inventory flow plans to achieve sales goals, while maintaining long term objectives of sustainable growth and brand integrity.
  • Regularly review distributor sales statistics to help ensure proper stock flow and replenishment locally.
  • Play an active role in the assortment management of the products in each distributor in the region.
  • Support and aid internal brand, product & marketing teams through feedback from local markets and assistance in execution of strategies and tactics.
  • Open new markets for distribution where required.
  • Develop relationships with key retailers in order to support the distributors in maximizing sales in the region.
  • Develop relationships with key licensees in region and oversee ongoing logistics between brand store operators and licensees with brand distributors.
  • International travel is required
  • 5 days work
