Skills and Qualities required :

 

  • Recent university students ( preferred with commercial temperament but not a must )
  • Fluency in Cantonese / Mandarin
  • No need to apply for a work visa to work in Hong Kong ( eg, holding permanent HKID card / Dependent Visa / CIES Visa )
  • Good capacity of analysis, synthesis and organization
  • Excellent team spirit and ease in building professional relationships with the prospects

 

Key responsibilities included :

  • You will be mentored by our Unit Manager / Assistant Unit Manager
  • You will be involved and trained on the entire business cycle handled in your area: from the development of the customer relationship to the commercial proposal, the negotiation and the follow-up of the service
  • In charge of developing, expanding and managing clients’ portfolios
  • Presentation of wealth management and protection solutions to prospects
  • Ramp-up of your business development and client’s relationship management skills
