Responsibilities  

  • Develop and execute digital marketing & advertising planning to support overall brand & marketing strategies.
  • Focus on leading development of digital and social engagement projects including website revamp, e-marketing campaigns, mobile applications and event projects.
  • Plan and manage digital contents (e.g. SEM, SEO, eDM, web, mobile, social media etc) across various digital and social platforms to support brand building, sales promotions and marketing activities for raising brand awareness and driving traffic to social media platforms – including developing editorial calendar, drafting post copy, and local content creation.
  • Maintain daily operations for the overall digital channels and coordinate communication with both internal and external parties.
  • Handle and manage digital related projects, e.g. source & form strategic partnership with digital agencies.
  • Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing budget across all channels.
  • Establish KPI's to manage performance and report results to management team.
  • Assist in daily operation, sales & marketing events and provide support on ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Degree holder of above in Advertising, E-commerce, Information Technology or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in digital marketing or E-commerce experience.
  • Familiar with HTML5, CSS with knowledge in other programming languages is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge in graphic software.
  • Experience in working with third-party API is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital planning and technologies is a must.
  • Highly familiar with Retail / App / E-Commerce / Web Design / Social Media Landscape.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Work independently, creative and self-motivated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and an affable personality to be able to work well in a team setting.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
