Role Descriptions

  • 負責迎接及款待酒店客人、提供一般酒店及旅遊資訊,解答客人疑問和處理客人的行李。按客人需求,提供優質的服務。有機會提供為客人提供泊車服務。
  • Responsible to provide an inviting and warm welcome to all arriving guests at W Hong Kong. Assist both arriving and departing guests with luggage handling to and from their rooms. Seize every opportunity to provide our Whatever/Whenever service commitment to ensure guests have a memorable experience with us. May also provide valet parking service for guests or visitors at the main entrance.

Job Requirement

  • 經驗:1年或以上相關職務經驗或應屆畢業生
  • 學歷:中學程度 / 職業訓練學院程度
  • 語言:良好的英文及中文語言能力﹑具優秀溝通與對話技巧
  • 擁有團隊合作精神
  • 如持有有效駕駛執照及良好駕駛紀錄人士,有機會可享額外津貼
  • Experience – 1 year working experience in any guest contact position, fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Education – higher diploma in hospitality or relevant discipline
  • Language skills – fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • License (Optional) – holds valid HKSAR Driving License with excellent driving record may receive extra allowance
