Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily store operational tasks and ensure merchandising of products is accordance to Company's standard and guidelines 
  • Be responsible in products developments and be in tune with market trends to execute sales forecasting, manage inventory turnover and develop strategies to achieve divisional goals
  • Work closely with colleagues across the different departments (Customer Support, HR, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Operations team) to ensure smooth execution of the work
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of staff to attain a high level of customer service and sales performance

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of above working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Retail store, Supermarket, Departmental Store
  • Enjoy in multi-task in a fast -paced environment
  • Good communication in English, Cantonese
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • With positive “can do” attitude
