European watch brand owner target for lifestyle and mass market with 3-5 retail shops in Hong Kong as well as online shop and e-commerce business focus in Hong Kong, China and Asian market – Hong Kong office function as the Regional office of Asia  – we are looking for   BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (China market)  – with details as follows :    

 

  • Tertiary education
  • 5 to 8 years watch experience for China market
  • Experience in wholesaling/distributorship management/key account management in China market is highly prefer
  • Possess network in China retail for fashion watch business (low price fashion watch for mass market)
  • Business level in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  •   Good PC Knowledge / Skills ( PowerPoint, Word and Excel ) 
  • Report to the General Manager of the HK office, and functionally to the various departments of European Head office
  • JOB SUMMARY : execute and drive growth and profitability by developing, managing and advising wholesalers, distributor Partners, Key Accounts and retailers in China Study, plan, implement optimal strategy and methods to meet needs of clients and company direction.
  • Done through engaging and directing clients in operations, pricing, promotions, marketing, product assortment and visual merchandising in collaboration with respective departments of the Corporate office Partner with Distributors and Key Accounts (wholesalers and retailers) in China on new locations & site planning in existing markets, making sure the "brand presence" aligned with corporate brand guideline 
  • Analyze sales performance in each market to identify areas for improvement, then coordinate with relevant departments for ensuring ultimately the achievement of all financial and sales targets in China market 
  • China trip is required
  • 5 days work 
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
