Our client, a leading luxury fashion retail, is looking for a Regional Wholesale Manager to join their wholesale team in Hong Kong for their Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Forecast planning & setting of purchase plan for Asia Pacific partners
  2. Prepare & conduct seasonal product training with brand presentation material for franchisees & by analyzing monthly sell through performance for better understanding on market needs.
  3. Travel & attend seasonal collection presentations in Europe & implement corporate guidelines on presenting, selling & coaching partners on their seasonal purchase.
  4. Monitor & evaluate newly launched collection’s sales effectiveness.
  5. Enhance sales performance, both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives by implementing corporate strategy with franchise partners.
  6. Responsible for sales force effectiveness, manage & maintain relationship with customers.
  7. Coordinate order administration, communicating both internally (customer service & logistics division) and externally (franchisees & partners) to ensure the fulfillment of sales order & as per client’s request.
  8. Compile and follow all reporting (monthly & seasonally) between HQ & partners.

Requirements:

  1. University graduate, preferable in commercial studies
  2. At least 8 years experience in retail and wholesale management
  3. Strong understanding, experience and distribution network in AP markets
  4. Solid and good knowledge in apparel presentations & in fashion
  5. Proficient in budgeting, sales plan, inventory control and logistics arrangement
  6. Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
  7. Self-motivated, good team player, diligent & accountable
  8. Strong business sense with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in an ambiguous matrix environment
  9. Confident and meticulous with strong organizational skills
  10. Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office/Excel
  11. Excellent command of spoken and written English & Mandarin.
  12. Frequent travel in the region is required
