Our client is a global gaming company and they have their IT headquarter stationed in Hong Kong. They are looking to expand the infrastructure team. They are keen in new technologies and working with a group of passionate technologists and willing to learn and advance technically.

 

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in the development, documentation and implementation of standard operation procedures
  • Maintain and support mission critical, front-end and back-end production environments using Windows Server and Hyper-V
  • Install and maintain hardware and software system
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory – including creating/removing users, configuring groups and assigning appropriate permissions on network resources
  • Design and deploy best practices regarding windows system monitoring, change control, service level agreements, and assist in the creation of the company’s infrastructure policies and standards
  • Plan and perform hardware/software upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and optimize network performance
  • Provide support for WAN, LAN, VPN and remote access connectivity issues
  • Engage in long-term strategic planning with regard to systems development and integration
  • Network and Systems performance monitoring, tuning and capacity planning
  • Participate in vendor negotiations, technical security reviews and relationship
  • Participate in planning, communication, system recovery, testing and documentation for disaster recovery events
  • Collaborate closely with network administrator to ensure the security, availability and performance of systems

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 2 +years of experience supporting Windows information technology infrastructure
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft technologies
  • Demonstrated experience with containerized environments, Kubernetes a plus
  • Strong with network support and implementation 
  • Excellent server operating systems and hardware equipment knowledge
  • Ability to effectively balance multiple projects, conflicting priorities, substantial workload
  • Proven experience working in a dynamic and rapidly growing global company
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple problems and issues with minimal supervision, excellent organizational skills
  • Microsoft certification such as MCITP, MCSE/MCSA a plus
  • Good command of English - written and spoken
