Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide secretarial support to the specific funding Programme
  • To assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns of the Programme
  • To manage the participant database of the Programme
  • To liaise and coordinate with different stakeholders
  • To assist in compiling documentations of the Programme such as progress report, financial report, etc.
  • To perform any other duties as required by the Institute


Entry Requirements

Study Fields:

  • Recognized University Degree with computer science/education/project management/event management/ business/ public administration discipline is preferred


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in training planning or organising large-scale events is preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in marketing including social media is preferred
  • Tech-savvy is preferred


Personal Attributes:

  • Innovative and eager-to-try mindset is essential
  • Persistent, self-motivated, detail-minded, hardworking and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A good team player, outgoing and energetic with strong leadership
  • Passionate to work with youth
