Financial Resourcing was established in 2014 by one of the most experienced teams of specialist recruiters in the world, launching in both London and Hong Kong. The Group is led by Peter Dunphy, who established and led the well-known and highly successful Darwin Rhodes and Edison Morgan businesses from 1996 until the businesses were sold in 2011.
In Asia, the business was established by Justin Taylor, who joined Peter at Darwin Rhodes in 1998 and went on to build the most successful insurance and financial recruitment team in Asia as Managing Director of Greater China.
Peter and Justin identified a gap in the market for a professional senior level specialist recruiter left by the failure of a number of recruitment businesses to achieve the scale and depth required to provide blue chip global and regional businesses with a reliable, coherent and informed recruitment service.
