Responsibilities:
- To assist in overseeing and preparing month end accounts closing and consolidation, financial and management report, forecast and financial analyst;
- To liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters;
- To ensure compliance with company's accounting policy and adherence of internal controls;
- To work closely with the finance team of PRC, and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely;
- To supervise and provide guidance to subordinates on daily operations and to help the team in solving work related issues;
- To handle tax filing; and
- To handle ad-hoc assignment as necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification is preferable
- Minimum 4-5 years work experience in accounting, solid experience in audit field will be an advantage
- Exposure to loan agreements/administration desirable
- Familiar with HK accounting practice, tax issues
- Strong business acumen with solid experience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecast, ad-hoc project management
- Hands-on experience in consolidated financial statements with tight deadline;
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and Chinese characters input.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Self-motivated, responsible and detail-minded with analytical mind
- Excellent communication skills, high level of integrity and willing to learn
