LegacyX Group Limited is planning to acquire an established and highly-acclaimed bakery business in Hong Kong that focuses on the mid- to high-end market. The bakery business has several outlets in prime districts in Hong Kong and a franchisee outside of Hong Kong.
The production team is led by a former chief pastry chef at a five-star hotel. Its products (mainly cookies) come in many different flavors and are very well received by its customers.
