We, MI Insurance Brokers Limited, transact business throughout the local and international insurance markets and handle all aspects of general and group insurance broking in all areas and specialised cover such as Professional & Financial Liability, Cyber Security, Products Liability, Group & Individual Medical Insurance, Event Cancellation, Fine Art & Specie, Marine and Bloodstock Insurance. We are now seeking enthusiastic applicant for the following position.
Accounts Assistant / Senior Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities
ð Bookkeeping and full set of accounts;
ð Prepare monthly management account and communicate with auditors to complete annual audit;
ð Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, including credit control, payment transactions processing, preparing voucher, journal entries, data input and etc.
ð Assist in month end and year end closing;
ð Handle bank reconciliations and balance sheet account in the client and operating accounts;
ð Handle staff payroll , MPF and salary tax return;
ð Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements
ð Form Five or above with LCCI Higher or equivalent
