A recreation company group located in Cheung Chau is looking for aggressive and energetic candidates who are eager to develop his or her career with our growing business.
Assistant Marketing Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for: -
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans and strategies
- Provide creative copywriting, editing, proofreading and translating service for project materials including corporate newsletters, press release, advertisement and related promotional materials
- Manage corporate website and intranet, photos and video libraries
- Manage marketing database and assist in email marketing
- Coordinating with designer to provide relevant content that complements creative layouts
- Assist in festival promotion and event management duties including venue setup, co-ordination, event rundown & logistics
- Handle market research, competitive analysis and identify customer needs
- Update web content and assist in other social media initiatives
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department including scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing presentation materials, compiling reports and handling correspondence
Requirements:
- Degree / diploma holder in marketing or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1-3 years' related experiences in both marketing and administrative support, preferably in servicing or tourism industry
- Creative, good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Knowledge and experience in internet marketing, website designing, portals and content editing preferable
- Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Officer
