Mega Wealth Consultant Limited is a property and wealth consultant. We offer customized real estate advice for institutional clients, family offices and high net-worth individuals. Currently we are seeking high caliber personnel to fill the following position:
Marketing & Administration Officer/Manager
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and updating property listing and customer database;
- Developing marketing materials in English and traditional and simplified Chinese in social and print media;
- Servicing existing customers and looking for new buyers and sellers to pursue businesses;
- Performing comprehensive administrative duties and assisting in ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Holding real estate license is preferred;
- University graduate is preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) are preferred;
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, responsible, independent, detailed oriented, creativity, willing to learn and take challenge
- Willing to travel
