Job description:
This position will work as part of the client care team. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
- Check-in and check-out clients
- Handle in-person, phone-in and email enquiries, schedule appointments
- Correspond with doctors and clinics to facilitate referrals
- Provide administrative and clerical support
Requirements:
- One year or above working experience in customer service or front desk is preferred. Recent Graduate will also be considered
- Excellent telephone manner, customer service skills and cheerful personality are essential
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese is a must. Mandarin is a plus
- 5-day work per week. Able to work under pressure and flexible to work on shift (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)
- Immediately available is highly preferred
