The Position
Coravin is recruiting a Sales Representative who will join the Asia Pacific Sales team, based in Hong Kong to provide sales support to the local Hong Kong market aligned with Coravin regional and global sales strategy. The scope of the role may expand and change depended on progress. This role reports directly to the regional sales manager.
Job responsibilities:
- Visit, support and develop strong partnership with each of our retail doors in Hong Kong to ensure best training and visibility to Coravin in order to develop sales
- Support and execute sales programs, product training and demonstration programs in Hong Kong.
- Coordinate customer (retailers/distributors) training as necessary.
- Manage to ensure HORECA/Retailers Visual Merchandising are properly setup and is to Coravin branding and high merchandising standards.
- Communicate, relay and respond to market feedback on a regular basis to maximize efficiency within the company.
- Integrate seamlessly within the sales team to provide feedback, strategy and recommendations based upon weekly activity within the field.
- Promote Coravin products during tradeshows and exhibitions.
- Manage all necessary sales administration functions effectively
Job requirements:
- Ensure thorough knowledge of Coravin products and market.
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience;
- 1-2 years related experience in sales and/or customer facing environment;
- Must possess a Hong Kong permanent ID and be allowed to work in Hong Kong;
- Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach;
- Team oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to speak English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- High energy, results oriented, and determined to do all that is necessary to assist in the success of the company—Have a “nothing is beneath me” attitude
- Confident and strong enough to “pushback” in order to overcome customer objections
- Dynamic with a true entrepreneurial spirit and passion for a fast-paced, growing environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM system.
