An electronic parts and components Japanese company with factories in Asia invites high caliber candidate to fill the following post:
Assistant Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks including expense claims and maintain petty cash account, prepare monthly sales reports, AR & AP statement, reconciliation of inter-company accounts, assist in month-end closing and maintain accounts schedules.
- Outgoing duties is required.
- Assist to perform office administration works.
- Assist Accountant to perform ad hoc request.
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in accounting.
- Good command of both English and Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-mind, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Candidates with experience in Japanese company or trading company is highly preferred.
- Experience in using ERP system is an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred.
