Our mother company - B. Braun Melsungen AG was established in 1839 and is headquartered in Melsungen, Germany. B. Braun Group is one of the biggest healthcare product manufacturers and suppliers in the world. Altogether there are 129 subsidiary companies in over 50 countries around the globe, with a total of 27,000+ staff. Its main daughter companies include Aesculap of Germany and McGaw of USA. These two companies were formerly prominent listed companies in their home countries.
In PRC, B. Braun company has branched out in various main cities like Shanghai, Beijing, Shenyang, Xian, Wuhan, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. The office in Shanghai which isrepresented as B. Braun Medical (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. since 9 December 1999 is now serving as the regional headquarters. This Company is fully owned by B. Braun Medical (HK) Ltd.
