Hong Kong Seibu Enterprise Co. Ltd. wasestablished in October 1990 as a key retailer in Pacific Place, a multi-purpose commercial complex developed by the Swire Group. It is also Seibu Department Store Group's first oversea store.
Following the success of the Pacific Place Seibu, the group expanded its business to Shenzhen in November 1993, a 3 level high end fashion Department Sotre.
In July 1996, the management of Hong Kong Seibu was taken over by Dickson Concept (International) Ltd.
On 14 November, 1997, Hong Kong Seibu has elevated its lifestyle retail concept by opening its third store in Windsor House, Causeway Bay. Occupying 66,000 square feet, the two-level Windsor house Seibu offers an impressive range of fashionable and exquisite products.
