A Legal Firm in Central is looking for high caliber candidates:
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ working experience in legal firm
- Experience in handling conveyancing file with minimum supervision
- Handling stamping procedures of conveyancing documents with the Inland Revenue Department
- Handling registration of conveyancing documents with the Land Registry
- Proficient in MS Word and Chinese word Processing.
- Responsible, good working attitude, willing to learn
- Other ad-hoc job duties as assigned
- Candidates with less solid experience will be considered for the post of Junior Conveyancing Clerk
