ChinaAMC(HK) is a newly established fund management firm in Hong Kong, with SFC licensing of SFC 4 & SFC 9. Our parent company, ChinaAMC, was established on April 9, 1998 with approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), is one of the first national fund management firms in China. ChinaAMC is one of the first fund management companies to manage the National Social Security Fund, one of the first fund management companies to be licensed to manage the Corporate Annuities, the manager of the first ETF in China mainland, the sole investment manager for the Asian Bond Fund in China, the first batch manager of QDII funds and got the license for managing separate accounts in February 2008. ChinaAMC is one of the fund management companies with widest business range in China.
Its head office is in Beijing, with branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu and a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong.
