Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and courteous service for hotel guests

• Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints, provide local information and activities to guests

• Ensure high level of guests’ satisfaction by maintaining long term and good relations with hotel guests

• Shift duty is required

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Front Desk

• Service-oriented and pleasant personality  

• Positive attitude and good customer service skills

• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
