📝 Responsibilities
Join an intensive on-the-job training program to become a professional Relationship Manager in branch banking.
Support the branch team in engaging high-net-worth clients and developing long-term relationships.
Learn to conduct financial needs analysis and offer tailored wealth solutions, including investment and insurance products.
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with clients proactively.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines, including KYC and AML procedures.

Welcome candidates without prior branch experience, training will be provided.
Minimum 1 year of experience in banking / insurance preferred.
Holder of IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 and HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 (or willing to obtain).
Eager to develop a career in wealth management and frontline relationship management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
