銷售經理

薪資：35,000HKD

工作職責：

1. 獨立負責港澳及華南區域銷售全盤業務，帶領團隊完成年度銷售目標；

2. 開發並維護重點客戶、系統集成商、工程商等合作夥伴，推動項目簽約與回款；

3. 主導重大項目商務談判、投標與合同簽署，協調售前、售後資源保障項目交付；

4. 建立銷售數據監控與複盤機制，定期輸出銷售分析報告，優化銷售策略與資源投入；

5. 統籌銷售、市場、供應鏈等內部資源，優化訂單與履約流程，提升客戶滿意度；

6. 管理銷售團隊，建立規範的團隊管理制度與績效評估體系，賦能團隊成員，確保團隊能力與公司發展同步提升。

任職要求：

1. 本科及以上學歷，市場營銷、工商管理、管理學等相關專業優先；

2. 8年以上銷售管理經驗，擁有可快速落地的客戶與渠道資源者優先；

3. 精通大客戶開發、項目型銷售、招投標與商務談判全鏈路；

4. 具備數據化運營思維，能通過數據分析驅動銷售策略優化與業績增長；

5. 具備優秀的商務談判、資源整合、跨部門推動、抗壓攻堅能力。

Sales Manager

Salary: HKD 35,000

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently take charge of the overall sales business in Hong Kong, Macau and South China regions, and lead the team to achieve annual sales targets ;

2. Develop and maintain key customers, system integrators, contractors and other partners to promote project contracting and payment collection ;

3. Lead business negotiations, bidding and contract signing for major projects, and coordinate pre-sales and after-sales resources to ensure project delivery ;

4. Establish sales data monitoring and review mechanisms, regularly produce sales analysis reports, and optimize sales strategies and resource allocation ;

5. Coordinate internal resources such as sales, marketing and supply chain, optimize order and fulfillment processes, and improve customer satisfaction ;

6. Manage the sales team, establish standardized team management systems and performance evaluation systems, empower team members, and ensure team capabilities are upgraded synchronously with the company’s development ;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred ;

2. 8+ years of sales management experience; candidates with readily deployable customer and channel resources preferred ;

3. Proficient in the full lifecycle of key account development, project-based sales, bidding and tendering, and commercial negotiations ;

4. Data-driven operational mindset, able to leverage data analysis to drive sales strategy optimization and revenue growth ;

5. Excellent capabilities in commercial negotiation, resource integration, cross-functional collaboration, and working under pressure to overcome challenges.
