Applicants are invited for the following post for public works project of “Reprovisioning of Victoria Public Mortuary” (Consultancy Agreement No. 9AF116) at the western end of Victoria Road. 駐地盤工程監督的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Clerk of Works shall be as follows:

(a) 申請人持有香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港科技學院 / 香港工業學院 / 香港專業教育學院之其中一間頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書或同等資格 / 工程資格。

Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications.

(b) 香港中學會考/香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科及英國語文科中取獲2*級或以上成績或同等學歷。

Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

[＊備註：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)中取獲E級成績，在行政上會分別視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲二等成績。]

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

(c) 在取得以上全部資歷後具備八年相關之工作經驗 / 五年在公共工程項目或《顧問公司直接聘用駐工地人員的管理手冊》4.5.2節列出的工程項目中擔任駐地盤助理工程監督或同等職級的相關工作經驗。

8 years' relevant post-qualification experience / 5 years' relevant experience as RACOW or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.

(d) 如持有職業安全和健康或建築安全的學位，證書，文憑或高級文憑的學歷可優先考慮。

Degree, certificate, Dip or higher Dip in occupational safety and health or in construction safety would be an advantage

駐地盤工程監督必須根據建築署所發出的最新《建築及相關顧問選委員會(AACSB)手冊》執行其職務及責任。

The Resident Clerk of Works shall provide the duties and responsibilities in accordance to the latest “Architectural and Associated Consultants Selection Board (AACSB) Handbook” issued by the Architectural Services Department.

僱傭合約期為52個月，暫定由二零二六年十一月開始，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 52 months commencing from November 2026 tentatively with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate's qualification and experience.
