Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Team
Perform a wide range of accounting duties independently and report directly to the Accounting Manager
Issue debit notes for tuition fees, hostel fees and other expenses to students, and monitor outstanding balances
Update receipts from various collection methods to ensure accurate reflection of all bank transactions
Handle inquiries from students and other departments
Prepare year-end reports to facilitate statutory audits and assist the supervisor in preparing tuition and hostel income budgets
Supervise and provide guidance to the subordinates
Prepare cash flow forecasts and bank reconciliations and provide support for treasury functions
Support supervisors in ERP implementation, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
A recognized Degree or equivalent qualifications in Accounting or related disciplines
Qualified Accountant with professional qualification of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred
Relevant experience in managing accounts receivables and preparing analyses
Knowledge of accounting system implementation/enhancements and process improvement is an advantage
A good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Immediate available is an advantage
The appointee will be assigned to work in the Tsuen Wan area.
Salary and Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
