Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description : 

• Assist in formulating business strategies under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
• Oversee NPI projects from RFQ to order management and payments.
• Prepare and process quotations for small parts and components based on customer requirements and manufacturing cost analysis
• Coordinate and follow up on customer orders from placement through to on-time delivery, ensuring smooth order fulfillment
• Collaborate with teams to conduct comprehensive marketing research.
• Provide exceptional customer service for account maintenance and business growth.
• Estimate budget proposals and perform production cost variance analysis.

Requirement :

• Higher Diploma or above in relevant fields like Marketing, Engineering, or Product Design.
• Minimum of 3 years in quotation and order follow up in manufacturing / hardware / plastic industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS applications.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication and business operations.
• Work visa holder is welcomed to apply.
