Assistant NPI Manager (Based in Dongguan)
Requirements
- Degree Holder in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Mechatronic Engineering
- 5 years or above experience in manufacturing industry
- Solid knowledge in product development, production and testing process
- Proven experience in project management and budget control
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Station in Dongguan factory is required
Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers on product specifications
- Ensure project schedule and deliverables to be completed on time
- Enhance operation efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Formulate project plan and arrange necessary resources for project implementation
- Communicate with oversea customers and in-house related production departments for project development
- Occasional overseas travel may be required to join customers' project meetings
- Experience in mechanical design with ProE/Creo will be an advantage
