Factory Manager

• Responsible for overall management in the Plants
• With good understanding of routine manufacturing management, production planning and facility maintenance.
• Managing the daily operations among all departments to ensure operational efficiency and reduce cost.
• Evaluate the effectiveness, giving suggestion and recommendations to improve planning, policy, procedures, workflow and controls in order to achieve organizational objectives.
• To monitor, develop, train and lead the teams to ensure all projects can be achieved properly.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent.
• At least 10 years relevant experience preferably in Toys manufacturing industry.
• With LEAN production experience will be a plus.
• Excellent leadership with analytical skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
