Business Officer/Senior Business Officer

Job Duties 

• Responsible for customer care services and proactively engage with customers with the goal to achieve business targets
• Provides professional services to members in answering their enquiries and offering advice
• Daily communication with members to understand their business and helping their business growth
• Handle departmental administrative work & be flexible to ad-hoc duties and assignments as require
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the respective Coaching and Leader Development Division Head
• Occasional travel on company organized trips
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Officer

Requirement 

• 3 years of working experience in the Customer Service, Business Development or Sales related work
• Passionate and eager to learn
• Detail-minded and organized individual with good analytical and data mining skills
• Flexible and cheerful personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge in MS Office Application and excellent in Excel or other analytical tools
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
