Business Director (US IPO focus)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer development focused on US stock listing needs
• Develop and implement sales strategies and manage the project plan
• Establish and maintain long-term and stable relationships with customers,
• Provide high level of consulting services to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Provide customers advice on the US stock listing procedure, including due diligence, compliance, market strategies and follow-up support.
• Conduct market research and industry trend analysis to provide strategic advice to the team.
• Participate in industry conferences and activities to enhance the company's brand influence in the market.

 Job requirements:

• Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions or FA companies,
• Experienced in U.S. stock listing projects
• Have rich network resources and project development experience in the U.S. stock market;
• Excellent communication skills, experienced in business development and able to predict and identify market opportunities
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
