SFC Responsible Officer Type 3 

Our client is a SFC Type 1,2,3,4,6,9 licensed  company seeking for a RO for Type 3 activity.

Responsibilities : 

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise all regulated activities and operations of the respective type of licensed business  
• Ensure all the activities to compile with SFC rules and regulations of the respective type of licensed business 
• Manage and supervise the operation team members 
• Provide constructive advice to the management to improve the business operation

 Requirements : 

• Degree holder in banking and finance or other related disciplines
• Has 3 years or plus solid experience to act as a Responsible Officer (RO) 
• Possess hands on management experience in relevant products and regulations
• Has excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken English and Cantonese, while good in Mandarin is a plus
