Event Officer/Sr Officer

Our client is a multinational company with friendly, warm and cheerful corporate culture and working environment providing work-life balance and full benefits to their trustful team members.  She is now looking for an EVENT OFFICER/SR OFFICER to enrich marketing and event activities with details as follows :

Duties :

•  Handle event planning, timeline, operational issues, quality control, budgeting, resources planning and logistic management for seminars, conventions, trainings, meetings, trips, etc;
• Develop and lay down all event administration, manpower planning, logistics, operational plan, venue arrangement, site applications and ad hoc work tasks;
• Prepare project documents and support the preparation of related publication materials;
• Monitor the event progress, coordinate with overseas and PRC offices, internal and external parties (including customers, business partners, vendors, production houses, etc) to arrange for the events;
• Take a few trips per year for overseas events, if needed;

Requirements :

• Bachelor in marketing, public relations, event management, business management or related studies;
• Has 3-5 years relevant event or project management experience;
• Exposure to any of large physical events such as seminars, shows, exhibitions, conventions, meetings, trainings, trips, business or clients networking events and activities, etc is preferred;
• Passionate and proactive,  attentive to details, possess multi-tasking and customer service power, positive working attitude and strong team spirit;
• Has excellent communication skills and is good in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;  
• Hands on MS applications and Chinese word processing, knowledge in Adobe software and video editing is required.
