SFC Responsible Officer Type 6 with PS license

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages and leads the execution of IPO sponsor, FA, IFA and other corporate finance transactions, including project management/coordination, due diligence and project execution.
• Play a key role in deal screening and due diligence processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and procedures.
• Supervises the project team; and provides guidance and support to junior staff.

 Requirements:

• University degree or above in accounting or finance with professional qualifications (i.e. CPA/CFA) is preferred.
• Current holder of Responsible Officer & Principal licenses registered under SFC (Type 6). 
• Independent, proactive, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel.
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
