Marketing Assistant (Manufacturing)

Marketing Assistant (Manufacturing)  (Welcome Fresh Graduate)
Responsibilities:

• To assist the Marketing Manager in handling quotation tasks.
• Maintain relationship with existing customers
• Provide customer service to the prospective customers
• Coordinate with customers in relation to the product enquiry
• Follow up projects and work directly with plant on production planning & commitment
• Account receivable monitoring on the dedicated account
• To estimate budget proposal by referring factory record, requirements and current conditions
• To manage ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned

Requirements:

•  Degree Holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistic, Engineering or related disciplines
•  1-2 years of relevant working experience in the marketing field. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• 刪 IANG visa holder will be also considered
•  Solid experience in manufacturing field and project management is an advantage
•  Proficiency in using MS applications including Excel (Macro), SQL, VBA
•  Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
•  Candidates with more experience would be considered as Marketing Executive
•  May require working from Dongguan office depending on business needs
