Senior Multi-media Designer

The Opportunity: Shape Brands Through Creative Excellence

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Senior Multi-media Designer to bring our brands to life through impactful design projects across marketing and corporate communications. With a consumer-centric mindset, this role will play a key part in strengthening brand awareness both internally and externally.

What You'll Do

• Bring Brands to Life: Lead and execute creative design projects across marketing and corporate communication initiatives, ensuring all visual assets align with brand positioning and business objectives.

• Shape the Brand Experience: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across digital, print, retail, and corporate communication materials.

• Create Engaging Content: Produce impactful online and offline assets, including websites, social media content, videos, presentations, catalogues, leaflets, product launch materials, VM displays and POP materials.

• Drive Retail & Showroom Projects: Support store renovation and visual merchandising projects, from layout design and vendor coordination to fixture production and installation.

• Collaborate with Diverse Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, brand principals, distributors, dealers and external service providers to deliver effective and visually compelling design solutions.

• Manage Digital & Creative Assets: Maintain company and brand websites, oversee media library updates and ensure content remains relevant, accurate and up to date.

• Ensure Project Excellence: Oversee project timelines, budgets, quality standards and other administrative processes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

You are more than just a designer; you are a creative storyteller who can transform ideas into engaging visual experiences across digital, print, video and brand communication platforms.

• An Experienced Designer: You have at least 5 years of experience in multi-media design or related fields. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Designer role.

• A Creative Eye: You have a strong sense of aesthetics, branding and visual communication, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and attention to detail.

• A Digital-First Mindset: You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and are comfortable working with website CMS platforms such as WordPress, WIX and Shopify.

• A Modern Content Creator: You have experience in video and photo editing for digital marketing and social media and are familiar with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway ML, ChatGPT and Grok.

• A Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working with different stakeholders and can communicate effectively with internal teams, brand principals and external partners.

• Self-driven & Organized: You are independent, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Language Skills: You are confident communicating and collaborating in both English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

• Bonus Skills: Experience with SketchUp, 3D Max and V-Ray will be an advantage.
