Project Officer / Project Coordinator (Sales & Marketing Dept.)

To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high caliber for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with both internal and external parties on New Project with respect to Technical and Commercial aspects.

• Plan for new product launch initiatives from Design to Manufacturing

• Co-operate with customers to define the Project Cost and Milestone, Capacity Plan, Tool Approval Plan, Quality Control Plan, and Production Ramp-up Plan

• Follow up customers approval on engineering samples and manufacturing processes

• Ensure smooth production ramp-up by monitoring the design/ quality control/ and material activities

• Organize & handle daily Sales and Marketing Dept / Ad Hoc activities

Requirements:

• University Graduates in any disciplines

• Min. 1 year working experience in Manufacturing / Engineering will be an advantage 

• Good knowledge on New Product Development process

• Strong in Project Management with marketing sense

• Independent, logical, creative and detail-oriented

• Able to tackle problems in positive way

• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese WP

• Good team player

• Self-motivated and proactive
