As part of the Group Accounting Team, you will work in a collaborative and professional finance environment alongside experienced team members, gaining valuable exposure to cross-border accounting and multinational business operations.
ROLE MISSION :
You will support the Group Accounting Team in maintaining accurate financial records, managing intercompany reconciliation, assisting with month-end closing, and ensuring the smooth operation of key accounting processes.
This role is well suited to an experienced and proactive accountant who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of details, and thrives in a dynamic group environment.
ROLE SUMMARY :
Reporting to the Group Accounting Team, this position will be responsible for daily accounts payable operations, intercompany billing and reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and month-end support.
The successful candidate will help ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting activities across the group.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Support daily Accounts Payable operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and completely.
Manage intercompany billing and reconciliation, including clearing outstanding backlogs.
Assist with month-end closing by preparing supporting schedules and documentation.
Prepare and review bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
Support group accounting activities and related finance operations.
Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned by the team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
5+ years of solid accounting experience.
Experience in a sizeable company with multiple facility lines is highly preferred.
Prior exposure to a Group Accounting Team or multinational environment is an advantage.
Knowledge of SAP and experience in full set accounts will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in leadership and problem-solving.
A reliable team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
