The role will drive donor acquisition and fundraising performance, while overseeing donor engagement, retention, upgrades, seasonal appeals and the donor database. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with donors, fundraisers, team members and external stakeholders.

  • A proactive, people-oriented and solution-focused approach, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
