ASSISTANT MERCHCANDISER - European watch trading & manufacturing company (Kwai Fong/5 days work)

Job Description

• Report to the Sales Manager.

• Work in a sales team of 5 members.

• Support the Sales Team with order follow-up, sample arrangement, data entry into the ERP system, and Excel report preparation.

• Coordinate sample arrangement and order follow-up with Mainland China colleagues.

• Communicate with customers on order status, documents, and general enquiries.

• Prepare quotations and handle purchase orders and invoices through customers’ procurement platforms.

• Follow up on customer inspection bookings through their internal systems.

• Liaise with shipping colleagues to arrange shipping documents and schedules.

• Perform general administrative and documentation work to support sales operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Form 5 / Diploma or above.

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in trading, manufacturing, or sourcing.

• Experience in the watch industry is highly preferred.

• Experience in order processing, sample handling, quotations, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage.

• Proficient in Cantonese, English, Mandarin, and Chinese.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
