Role Mission

• You will oversee fintech projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring effective coordination across stakeholders, timely execution of project milestones, and successful implementation of business and technical requirements. 

• This role plays a key part in supporting client satisfaction, project quality, and overall delivery excellence.

Role Summary

• Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will join a project team of 12 members and work closely with customers, internal technical teams, and other stakeholders. 

• The role involves managing the full project life cycle, translating user requirements into workable solutions, supporting testing and user training, and ensuring smooth project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Monitor all stages of the project life cycle, from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.

• Coordinate project resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.

• Gather and communicate user requirements with customers and internal technical teams.

• Prepare project-related documents, including status updates, reports, and discussion papers for key stakeholders.

• Participate in testing to ensure the proposed solutions meet business and technical requirements.

• Support user training and project rollout activities as needed.

• Provide on-site project support when required.

• Manage project issues, prioritize requests, and work with technical teams to resolve problems efficiently.

• Maintain clear communication with clients to manage expectations on scope, timeline, and deliverables.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Around 3 years or more of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial technology.

• Positive working attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.

• Able to manage client expectations effectively in terms of timeline and requirements.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
